■Tendou's POV■

I was focused on something when one of my workers calls me from the other room.

Worker1: Tendou san, we're done here... do you need help?

I look at something that I've just created in front of me. I feel proud and nervous for a reason.

Tendou: nope~ this one over here needs to be done by me...

My workers are coming to the kitchen and stand next to me.

Worker1: dang, Tendou san... you should consider putting this on the menu

Worker2: like the prettiest that you ever made...

Worker3: L/N san will definitely like it!

I hope she does...

I pack the cake that I just made for Y/N before deciding to head out. I look back and see as my workers are all smiling at me.

Ting!

I'm pulling my phone and read the chat that just came.

Sender: Y/N
Recipient: Satori

Satori san, you're coming? I made us dinner and I bought Ice cream on my way home earlier.

How my chest becomes warm only from reading a mere text from her. Y/N and I have been dating for a year and a half. I'm currently heading to her place right now. I often eat dinner at her place, or sometimes she comes to my shop and we eat together.

I arrived at her apartment and press the bell, enjoying the sound of her footsteps as she makes a small run to the door.

The sound of the door unlocked opened, showing my pretty Y/N.

Seeing her like this is amusing...

Y/N: Satori san, I already give you the pass lock a year ago... you could've just walked inside...

Seeing her face pouting a little though I know she's not mad making me happy.

Tendou: I just like to see you greets me in the doorway...

I smile at her, making her cheeks turns red a little. She's still easily turning red though we've been together for more than a year by now.

How adorable...

I want to see her all the time...

And keeping this adorable girl close to me...

■Y/N's POV■

I'm so happy as I watch Satori san enjoying the food that I made for him. Having him with me, eating my cooking as we eat dinner together, and listen to him complimenting me, I really like it.

Tendou: thanks for the meal, I love the soup Y/N~

Satori san puts her cutleries down and then looks up at me.

Tendou: oh and I love you more of course...

He could always make such cute remarks. He could make my heart race any moment without warning.

Y/N: glad you like it Satori san... here let me take that...

I bring the dirty plates to the sink and wash them. After drying my hand and about turning around to walk to the living room, I was met with Satori san's chest instead as he stands in front of me.

Y/N: Satori san, you're startling me

Tendou: ehehe, I'm sorry... well, Y/N I have something for you... could you close your eyes?

Y/N: eh?

Satori san moves behind me and covers my eyes with his large hand while his other one holds my hand. He makes me walk to the living room and I grew nervous.

Y/N: Satori san... what is it?

Tendou: just a little bit and... ta da~

I open my eyes as soon as he uncovers my eyes. There, on my coffee table, I see a beautiful small cake. It has three layers and the one in the lower part is probably has a 10cm diameter.

How could he make such a beautiful cake at this size?

Y/N: Satori san it's so pretty~

Satori san pulls me down so we both sit on the carpet. Satori san sits behind me as I'm sitting between him and the table. My back is pressed to his warm chest as he makes me leans on him.

Tendou: this is a, small version of a wedding cake that I designed.

Y/N: really??? It's so pretty... who's wedding?

Then I feel Satori san is reaching something in his pocket before putting it in front of me on the table, in line with the cake.

Satori san flicks the small red velvety box and a cute ring is now presented in front of me.

Dub Dub

Tendou: well, it could be ours....

My heart is beating like crazy by now...

When I say he could make my heart racing...

It's never to this extend...

I'm overwhelmed...

■3rd Person's POV■

Y/N's eyes widened, glued to the ring in front of her. Tendou could feel her body flinches a little and hear her small gasp. 

Tendou leans in closer and now his face is right next to Y/N's. He could see how her eyes look a bit teary and he can help a smile from showing on his face.

Tendou: it could be our wedding... if you say yes to what I'm about to tell you...

Y/N's lips are quivering as she listens to Tendou's gentle voice while looking at the ring in front of her.

Tendou: I'm... really happy whenever I'm with you... I told you about my childhood before and I was trying so hard to hide that from you because I don't want you to walk away from me like those other people... but..

Tendou presses his cheek with Y/N's.

Tendou: you accept me for who I am Y/N... I was happy when I met my friends from Shiratorizawa who can accept me for who I am... and then... I get to see you too... I'm very blessed...

Y/N: Satori... san...

Tendou holds Y/N's hand and lifts it.

Tendou: I want to be with you Y/N... for the rest of my life... will you accept this redhead, eccentric, chocolatier if he ever asked "will you marry me?"

Warm tears have rolled down Y/N's cheeks by now and she nods her head. Tendou is really happy but he stills tries to holds it.

Tendou: then... will you marry me?

Y/N turns around and hugs Tendou, startling the guessing monster.

Y/N: yes... (sobs) I... want to marry Satori san... I do.... I love you... so much (sobs)

Tendou can't hold himself any longer as he returns the hug with a tight embrace. He inhales the sweet scent of her hair while burying his face in her locks.

He pushes her back a little, chuckles at the sight of her red eyes. He wipes those tears away before taking her hand in his.

Tendou picks up the ring and slides it onto Y/N's finger. When he sees more tears rolling down her cheeks, he nuzzles her face.

Tendou: no no no~ keep this salty water away from my sweetheart.

Tendou kisses her tears away and kisses her forehead. He looks at her face and smiles, she too has started smiling by now.

Tendou: I love you Y/N....

Y/N: I love you too Satori san....

Tendou leans in and kisses Y/N's lips. The two are happy with the proposal and glad to have each other.

When Tendou pulls back he grins.

Tendou: that will definitely be our wedding cake~

Y/N laughs at him and the two hug each other again.

Y/N is glad that she ran into his shop that day...

And Tendou's glad he found her....

The fate was being sweet and intertwines their feelings together...

And now, they will steps into a new phase... together...
